Today started off at 7a.m. as I got everything together for the 1^st day of shooting.  Our first location was in a subdivision in Franklin, we shot out by a swing set and then did a few set ups inside the house of some friends from church.  This is my first experience shooting on the hot new camera called Red.  It is an amazing camera, the footage has to be treated very much like film, it won’t look really amazing until we color correct it all in post, but even in its RAW form it looks pretty great.  Around Dinner time, we moved from that location to INO Records (Building 429’s record label).  We dressed the label up to look like an adoption agency and shot the remainder of the day there.  Day 1 was good, we wrapped at about 10:30p.m. and headed home to catch a few hours of sleep before day 2.  Check my photos page to see some shots from the day.
